IT Support Technician

We are searching for an IT Support Technician to join our team in our Los Angeles office. As a member of IT department, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting to Mac & PC workstations, setting up and shipping out new workstations, physically installing new servers, answering help-tickets, and more. This is a full-time position.

Reports to: Director of IT

Rate: $19-$25/hour

Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Personal Days

Compensation: Full benefit package including 401(K), and other company paid benefits 


  • Act as the first point of contact for employee technical issues
  • Work to resolve tickets in our Helpdesk Ticketing System
  • Provide a mix of on-site and remote support, including after-hours support
  • Install new hardware, software, cables, connectors, and consumables
  • Make updates to active directory accounts, email accounts, and the phone system
  • Update IT Documentation to reflect changes you have made
  • Assist with employee desk moves, re-deploying existing equipment in new locations
  • Keep IT inventory storage area clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Process electronic recycling
  • Change tapes in LTO tape library
  • Drive to and from assigned locations
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs


  • Strong people skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to follow up on issues until they are solved
  • Advanced level of experience with Windows & Mac Operating Systems
  • Experience with network storage and security permissions
  • Experience with Microsoft Powershell, o365, Sharepoint, vSphere/VMware, RAID storage, or Active Directory a plus
